                              蒸包的制作方法:
                              The method of making steamed bread is as follows
                              1、將酵母、4克白糖、30克面粉面粉和60毫升水拌勻,放置30分鐘。

                              2、將120毫升暖水、面粉、鹽、25克糖和蔬菜油調和好。將面團揉到表面平滑且有彈性為止。在抹過油的碗里滾幾下,然后放置2、5小時到3小時,面團會發酵到原來的3倍大。
                              2. Mix 120 ml warm water, flour, salt, 25 g Sugar and vegetable oil. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth and elastic. Roll a few times in an oiled bowl, then leave for 2, 5 to 3 hours. The dough will ferment to 3 times its original size.

                              3、捶打面團,然后在灑了面粉的案板上鋪開。在面團表面均勻灑上發酵粉,再揉5分鐘。將面團分成兩半,現在不用的那一半放到一個碗里蓋好。把每一半面團分成12份,每一份搓成一個表面平滑的圓球。把每個圓球放在一張方形蠟紙上。蓋起來放置30分鐘左右,讓每個圓球都發酵到原來的2倍大。
                              3. Beat the dough and spread it on the floured chopping board. Sprinkle baking powder evenly on the surface of the dough and knead for another 5 minutes. Divide the dough in half and cover the unused half in a bowl. Divide each half of the dough into 12 parts, and each part is twisted into a smooth ball. Put each ball on a square wax paper. Cover and place for about 30 minutes. Let each ball ferment to twice the original size.
                              4、在鍋里將水燒開后調到中火,水應該仍保持沸騰。將蒸格擱在一個小金屬架上,然后放在鍋里位置。把蠟紙上發酵好的面球放到蒸格上,能放幾個就放幾個,每個之間要保持2、5-5厘米的距離,而蒸格與鍋壁之間應至少保持5厘米的距離。蓋上鍋蓋在沸水上蒸15分鐘。
                              4. Boil the water in the pan and transfer to the middle fire. The water should still boil. Put the steamer on a small metal frame and place it in the pot. Put the fermented dough balls on the wax paper on the steaming grid, as many as you can, and keep a distance of 2, 5-5cm between each, and at least 5cm between the steaming grid and the pot wall. Cover and steam over boiling water for 15 minutes.
                              5、關火之前揭開鍋蓋,否則水會滴回到包子表面,形成發黃的水泡。用同樣的辦法分批將所有包子蒸熟即可。
                              5. Remove the lid before turning off the heat, otherwise the water will drip back to the surface of the steamed buns and form yellowing blisters. Steam all steamed buns in batches in the same way.
